Style: Czech Pale Lager
Container: 500ml Bottle
Notes:Notes: Notch is the only brewery in the US to employ the historic brewing process of pitch lining lagering barrels. “Pitch” is a combination of tree resin and paraffin, and in the Czech Republic it was used to coat wooden brewing vessels previous to the use of metal. This ensured the beer was protected from the negative influences of tannin and oak extracted from the wood, and instead resulted in the pitch character making its way into the flavor and aroma of the beer. So, we set out on this labor of love project to recreate a process long lost to modern technique, and to discover what this pitch character was all about. (4.0%)

Style: India Pale Ale
Container: 16oz Can
Notes: Milky Sap is a rendition of our iconic IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. Pouring a milky yellow-orange color into your glass, it leads with pine resin, sweet mango, and citrus peel notes before finishing with a firm, short-lasting bitterness.
Milky Sap is a rendition of our iconic IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Sap—well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original. Pouring a milky yellow-orange color into your glass it leads with pine resin, sweet mango, and citrus peel notes before finishing with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. It’s a stunner. (7.4%)

Notes: Hops provides much of Miller Lite’s flavor, aroma, and desirable bitterness. Miller Lite is brewed with the unique aroma and bittering of Galena hops from the Pacific Northwest balanced with the noble Saaz hops. Our hops are selectively chosen by our Brewmasters for the unique sensory properties that they bring, and specifically considered for the complexity of the taste, aroma, and appearance of your Miller Lite. Style: Imperial Brown Ale
Container: 16oz Can
Notes: Imperial Brown Ale that has aged for a year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, which we then blend with a fresh portion of the same base beer. It carries familiar flavors and aromas of brown bread, nutty caramel, and hints of dark chocolate-covered fruit, that then meld seamlessly with robust barrel-forward notes of bourbon vanilla, tannic oak, and toffee candies. This fusion of old and new makes Big Bear Barrel Blend the perfect beer for you to sit and contemplate, have as a casual accompaniment for any occasion, or both. (8.8%)
