Style: Triple IPA Container: 16oz Can Notes: Street Green was one of our favorite early collabs with our friends @trilliumbrewing which was released almost 4 years ago. It seemed like it was finally time to revisit it. We decided to brew a big version of the original plus we’ve made a lot of changes in our processes since that time so this is an updated version with the core ingredients intact. Brewed with maris otter and wheat and hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, Galaxy and Ekuanot. (10%)

Style: Golden Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels Container: 750ml Notes: Brewery Ommegang and Brasserie d’Achouffe. It employs five fine malts, two noble hops, and both of the distinctive Chouffe and Ommegang yeasts. You’ll enjoy the smooth drinkability, fruity aromas and flavors, and warming finish. Aged in barrels. (11.4%)
Style: Fruited Sour Container: 12oz Bottle Notes: You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale! (4%)
Style: IPA Container: 16oz Can Notes: Double Dry Hopped Green Street offers a complex melange of tropical and citrus fruit notes. Aromas of fresh-pressed orange juice, lemon zest, and candied pineapple jump out of the glass. A playful bubblegum characteristic washes over the back of the palate and modest bitterness begs for another sip. Both ourselves and Other Half have come a long way in the past four years. Double Dry Hopped Green Street is a wonderful example of all the things we’ve learned in the time since that original brew day. (7.7%)
Style: Double IPA Container: 16oz Can Notes: Hell man. The human spirit is still very much alive. Aged with Pomegranate, Passionfruit, Lime and Orange Peel to provide a tart and refreshing, almost tiki-like hoppy ale. Made with lactose and oats. Double Dry-Hopped with Enigma, Galaxy and Vic’s Secret hops from the land that claims the most epic, Bells Beach. Made with the dudes at Alvarado Street Brewing.(8.6%)
Style: Triple IPA Container: 16oz Can Notes: Mature Adult Human, the sophisticated version of Adult Human, is a Triple IPA brewed with blood oranges. We amplified the fruit additions to achieve a nose bursting with huge citrus pith aromas. On the palate, notes grapefruit rind, freshly zested orange peel, and dank tangerine meld together accentuated by a delightful, balancing acidity and creamy mouthfeel.(9.5%)
Style: Imperial Stout Container: 12oz Bottle Notes: Rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal brims with malt complexity. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish, Narwhal will age in the bottle for years to come.(10.2%)
