Notes: Collaboration with Zillicoah (NC). Wolf is a dry hopped lager developed with NC’s Zillicoah Beer Co., which suffered catastrophic damage during Hurricane Helene. Inspired by Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Ale, Wolf pours an unfiltered amber color with notes of pine and citrus zest. Earthy spice notes with resin and grapefruit dance on the palate. *All proceeds from Wolf will be donation to Zillicoah’s rebuild. (5.6%)

Notes: As the creators of the first-ever bourbon barrel-aged stout, we have long sought to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of beer. That’s why, when crafting this year’s 2024 Bourbon County Brand Cask Finish Stout, we were thrilled to work with our friends at Bardstown Bourbon Company.

Drawing inspiration from Bardstown’s modern and creative spirit in finished whiskeys, this imperial stout takes the same journey as their Origin Series Rye. We began by aging our imperial stout in Bardstown’s freshly emptied straight rye whiskey barrels. From there, we transferred the beer to “hybrid” oak and cherry wood barrels that finished their rye whiskey. These incredibly expressive barrels deliver a remarkable finish unlike anything seen before in the Bourbon County family. A beautifully balanced beer, Bourbon County Bardstown Cask Finish Stout is deeply expressive with vibrant cherry, toasted oak and a lingering herbal finish (16%)

2024 Bourbon County Brand Macaroon Stout is an imperial stout aged for a full year in bourbon barrels before adding rich cocoa nibs, sweet candied ginger and toasted coconut. This decadent stout is an homage to the flavors of homemade coconut macaroons with a twist of nostalgia. (14.6%)

Notes: We designed this new Pale Ale around two intriguing hops – Belma and Meridian. Both are relatively new (in general and to us) but seem to fit perfectly with our approach to hop-forward ales. The intersection between the two varieties lies in the realm of mixed berry qualities (strawberry, currant, concord grape). You’ll also find lemon zest, melon and just ripe peach on the complimentary side to round things out. The latest batch leans into the clean, bright and appropriately bitter qualities of Patch and sports some punchy modifications to the dry hop – one that throws plenty of melon, citrus and berry. (5.2%)
