Notes: The 2024 vintage of Witch Meadow was aged in bourbon barrels from two outstanding producers but beyond that, most of those barrels yielded some of their most sought-after whiskies. From Willett, we were fortunate enough to use barrels that previously held their esteemed Family Estate Bourbon and those coming from Knob Creek were used for their limited, first of its kind, 18-year bourbon. Barrel residency time for the stouts ranged from 10 to 32 months with a blended average of 21-months. Witch Meadow is blended from a collection of subtly different stouts, all double-mashed early in the morning and boiled long into the night. (16%)
