Beers with Reid – #7 Trillium & Bissel Brothers Luxurious Tiles

Style: Double IPA
Container: 16oz can
Notes: Combining a favorite beer from each of our catalogs, we took the gently spicy rye malt and Mosaic hops in Bissell’s Lux Pale Ale and paired them with raw local wildflower honey found in our Cutting Tiles series. The resulting Double IPA, Luxurious Tiles, is a wonderful expression of each base beer while simultaneously offering something singular and fresh.(8.5%)

Style: Oatmeal Porter

Notes: Eschewing overt saccharinity, Surrealism carries dense flavors of cocoa powder, chewy brownies, and dark chocolate covered coffee beans. A firm bitterness offsets the smooth and creamy mouthfeel imparted by the oats. (7.5%)

Notes: Julius gone wild (not funky wild, like insane hop saturation wild) For the second special edition of Julius brewed specifically for the third anniversary party, we pushed the level of citrus to the fringes of obscenity through additional kettle and dry hopping with the base Julius hop blend. The result is perhaps the most juicy and delectable creation we have ever made! Preposterous Julius, in the best way imaginable.(6.8%)

Nerdsense Drinks – #475 Other Half & Trillium Double Street Green

Style: Triple IPA
Container: 16oz Can
Notes: Street Green was one of our favorite early collabs with our friends @trilliumbrewing which was released almost 4 years ago. It seemed like it was finally time to revisit it. We decided to brew a big version of the original plus we’ve made a lot of changes in our processes since that time so this is an updated version with the core ingredients intact. Brewed with maris otter and wheat and hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, Galaxy and Ekuanot. (10%)
