Notes: Really great witbier with refreshing citrus. The description says it all “A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days.”

Notes: I remember really liking this last year but this years seems way to sweet for my taste buds

Finch’s Hardcore Chimera 

Style: Imperial IPA

Overall Nerdsense Rating: 4.5/5
Notes: This is a great Double IPA. This has a fantastic balance of malt and citrus juiciness to make it on of our new go to IPAs

Episode 45 – Vermont Awakens

Shaun and Mike are joined by their brother-in-beer, Matt. They are sampling beer, talking about their respective introductions into drinking beer, the origins of their friendships, brewing and having a great time talking about one of their favorite subjects: Star Wars.

Notes: I really like this beer. As Mike put it, “it smells like the IPA’s I like” it’s juicy. I dig this beer a lot. It’s got some good hop flavor

Notes: Ehh. Not much going on here, nothing to write home about. Malty and sweet but nothing special.

Episode 41 – Japan is Made in China

Notes: Really great DIPA with hints of grapefruit. Leaps and bounds better than the malty 18th Anniversary
