Beer Details
*******************************
Style: Pilsner – German
Container: 16oz Can
Notes: Following primary fermentation, this carefully managed batch of Trail received a judicious dose of whole-cone Galaxy hops, shipped from Australia. We go to great lengths to incorporate fresh, extraordinary ingredients into our beer, and this release captures that spirit. We are the first American brewery to import non-pelletized Galaxy directly from the source. This treatment captures a potent and well-rounded expression of this legendary variety, presenting notes of ripe pineapple, sweet guava, and bright passionfruit atop a zippy and completely crushable base beer. Refined and dutifully executed, Trail – Whole Cone Galaxy is a stunner (5.1%)

*******************************
Style: Imperial Stout
Container: 12oz Bottle
Notes: Narwhal Imperial Stout is inspired by the mysterious creature that thrives in the deepest fathoms of the frigid Arctic Ocean. Featuring incredible depth of malt flavor, rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal is a massive malt-forward monster. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish, Narwhal will age in the bottle for years to come. (10.2%)

Beer Details
*******************************
Style: IPA – American
Container: 16oz Can
Notes: Fall Classic was constructed as the ideal beverage to enjoy while watching major league baseball during the autumn season. It is also simply an homage to an incredible game. Nothing else elicits such a strongly nostalgic, all-American response quite like the crack of a bat on a cool autumn day. Or, experiencing the sights and sounds of a ballgame in the flesh. Brewed with clean American ale yeast and hopped with Strata, El Dorado, and Citra, Fall Classic pours a lovely orange color in the glass and puts forward potent flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and earthy pine. It is dry, thirst-quenching, and incredibly easy to drink. It’s hard to believe this is the first classic single American IPA we have brewed, but when you drink fall classic you will have the same thought that we did – better late than never! (6.9%)
